The SAFE Society welcomes proposals for conferences, symposia, workshops, seminars, training programs, and other scholarly events that align with its mission of advancing science, sustainability, health, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
This form is intended for organisers who wish to explore potential collaboration, endorsement, partnership, publication support, or other forms of engagement with the SAFE Society. At this stage, a detailed conference proposal is not required.

The information provided will help us assess the suitability of the event and identify opportunities for cooperation. Following an initial review, selected applicants may be invited to submit additional information regarding the proposed event, organising committee, scientific program, sponsorship opportunities, and publication plans.
